About Steve Judd

Global

On the surface, it seems that the main thrust of Septemeber is the gradual acceleration of Saturn through Libra, especially towards the end of the month as both Mercury and Venus line in readiness to hold favour at his court. But really the big news is that on top of this Libran line up, the Libran new Moon on September 27th is strongly opposite Uranus and square Pluto, bringing the strengthening square between these two planets into sharper focus. Expect the posturing and indecisiveness of recent months to be replaced by something more cutthroat and mercenary as the end of the month approaches and old power bases and structures resort to desperate measures in order to maintain their degree of power. The down side of this is that the end of this month and the start of the next is likely to bring further radical changes in both the economic and political field, and that markets and house prices will vary accordingly. But there is another way of looking at this. A few of my clients invested money (at my advice) in factories making PV cells and wind turbines – all now showing a 2-300% return, with full order books and strong workforce. Those willing to invest in a sustainable future instead of tobacco and guns are likely to see not only financial returns, but also appreciation as opposed to derision from their grandchildren. The end of this month represents a great chance to break free, start again and ditch lots of the old worn out structures. Look at Iceland… Time to begin again without eliminating the old, just incorporating it into the larger more holistic future decided by consensus rather than imposed theology.

AriesAries With so many planets in the signs opposite you at the moment, it could easily be seen as you versus the rest of the world. But hang on a minute – isn’t that the bog standard default Aries position? The easiest translation of all of these oppositions to you is that your dealings with the outside world at the one to one level are going to be affected, stimulated, and probably challenged, at least to some degree, and the measure of your maturity will be demonstrated in the ways that you act and react to other. Isn’t there another way of seeing things, however, that need not be so final or incisive? Instead of looking at how the outside world represents the stage for your adventures and your interactions with others the challenges and assistances on your path, might it not change the dynamic if instead of a participant, your saw yourself as the casting director, the orchestral maestro. It is not the way that others react that sets the scene for this month; it is the way that you act. Most Aries tend to shoot first and ask questions later, but at this time there’s a greater potential than normal for overview, to be able to see the bigger picture and your role in it from a more objective and detached perspective. It's basically a month of evaluation of your own maturity and willingness to take responsibility for your own situation, and the examiner is both the outside world and your own conscience. Listen to them both carefully, and don’t go off half cocked. And it’s those of you born from the 4th to the 9th that are getting clobbered now, so if that’s you stay low ...

TaurusTaurus Jupiter has been in your sign for all of three months now, and whilst it is primarily those of you born in April who are on the receiving end of most of its influence, its rays will have spread right out to encompass all of you. The last three months have held in them considerable opportunity for growth and expansion, as well as a degree of fortune and optimism. Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? That’s probably because it is. As my clients amongst you know, I’ve been advising people that whilst there has been really good chances, much of it has been based on little substance. If you’ve taken somewhere between 20 and 30% of recent chances and opportunities, then you’re probably glad you did and should continue to prosper and grow. Those of you who have overreached, overspent or in any way stretched yourself too thinly may now be in a position to regret this, and if you’re wise take steps to curtail extremes whist you can. If you’re wise, you’re only believing half of what you’re told, taking half of the chances around you, and with that opportunity throwing fishing lines into the future, aiming at February and March of next year, when similar chances will re-occur, but this time from a much more realistic basis, and I’ll be saying to people take 75-90% of chances safely. But now? It’s a time to look back on the last three months and ask yourself what you have learnt, have you been over indulgent and have you planted seeds for the future?

GeminiGemini It’s all a little bit hectic as far as the day by day level goes, there’s no sign of a lull in the normal speed of life – but there specific areas where you’re likely to find that situations become more concentrated than usual. It’s all to do with your outside world interactions – not so much your professional or career situation, as your role within both the local and the global community, and the way that you manage resources within that community. The first third of the month is definitely best spent arranging both your finances and your address book so that as you get into September you can find yourself feeling more effective and efficient. As the middle section of September dawns, so you are likely to find that the emphasis at the day by day level briefly dips into the public domain, bringing you more to the fore for a week or so, and then the final ten days to two weeks of the month you step back and start considering the long term plan and potential. Perhaps as the month concludes you may consider taking a break, somewhere where you can realign yourself with your evolving philosophies. It’s likely that during the month you’ll change your mind a number of times, as your beliefs and truths become more apparent to yourself. So in typical Geminian ways, perhaps September is a kind of suck it and see month, where long term or final decisions and outcomes are best left until times ahead when there won’t be so much day by day interference.

CancerCancer You’re being pushed out there into the big wide world more and more at the moment, and there’s a significant part of you that wants nothing more than to run away and hide under a rock. But you’re going to find that this month steadily brings you more and more out into the open, it’s just a question of whether you emerge willingly or kicking and screaming. It’s a double barrelled thing at the moment, with the opposite demands of internal home issues and external work issues kicking off, and there’s you, piggy in the middle. As far as work, career and outside world situations go, there’s likely to be various obstacles on the way that will bring a challenge to your perseverance, but by persisting in a determined and tenacious way you’ll be able to win through without too many problems. It will, however, take a bit of gritting of the teeth. In the home environment, you may also find that demands on you bring a greater responsibility than normal, with the onus on boundaries and maturity. It may be easier to take the soft option and sacrifice one so that the other may be concentrated on, but at this time the emphasis is on juggling, not surrender. Mars leaves your sign on the 19th, after which the immediate day by day urgency of recent times will die down for most of you. It is only really those born between the 6th and the 12th who are under intense pressure, but even that is transitory depending on decisions made. For all Cancerians the message this month seems to be ‘hold your ground and stay empowered’.

LeoLeo Weirdest month of the year coming up, forewarned ... When I say weird, I mean non rational, unexplainable and different – this does not translate as bad or challenging. The month starts with Mercury still in your sign until the 9th, so expect September to start fast in terms of movement, communication and sociability. There’s a short break in mid month where you can pause to take breathe, but on the 19th September Mars moves into your sign and things are going to change quite significantly. Firstly, you'll find that your get up and go, your drive, libido and enthusiasm for life suddenly kicks in, and that in general you will find that there’s a greater degree of action around you. Secondly, you may also find that your ability to be more projective and assertive into and onto the outside world also become stronger, although at the same time you’ll have to watch out that you don’t also become overbearing or confrontational. It’s as though the time from early July to mid September has been and continues to be a time for decision, planning and blueprint, with the time after the 19th as the activity phase, when you actually start doing things at the measurable and manifest level. But be clear – what is going on around you now is relatively transitory – there are no new major shocks or challenges upcoming that you are not already aware of.

VirgoVirgo The first half of the month is not the easiest of times at the day by day level, primarily due to the influence of Venus. Venus doesn’t like it in Virgo, and its current stay will continue until the 15th. Expect the more selective side of your nature to predominate during the first two weeks of September, and remember that it’s fine to be that selective – after all, you’re the best at knowing what you do and don’t want. But Venus isn’t the only influence to be affecting you in September. During the period of the 9th to the 25th of the month, Mercury comes home to briefly visit for a couple of weeks, just to say hi, do a lot of mental washing, give everything a spring clean and then hightail it out, leaving a buzz and an aliveness behind him. Mercury is very strong in Virgo, his communicative and logical sides work well with your attributes of effectiveness and efficiency, so I expect the time of the third week of this month to be unusually good for you if you’re prepared to take a few little chances. And those of you born during August are in a particularly favourable situation in terms of getting hold of the larger picture and seeing how exactly you fit into it. If you’re in a position to expand your philosophies without creating waves around you, then do it, whether it be through higher education or through travelling and exposing yourself to other cultures. Don’t let the first week of this month put you off – it gets steadily better.

LibraLibra Moving into the fastest time of the year, the month is going to get progressively faster and more developmental. Saturn is now at the halfway point on its journey through your sign, and this has brought a degree of (probably imposed) structure but also maturity and wisdom into your life over the last year and a half. Now, he’s particularly affecting those of you born between the 8th and the 13th, and this is a good time to cut your losses and let go of those things and people that are past their sell by date and at the end of their shelf life. Venus enters your sign on the 15th, and normally when Venus comes home to stay for a month this is cause for celebration, but at least during September there is a note of caution attached. When Venus and Saturn conjoin at the end of the month you may find that this is a very good time for hard nosed financial decisions. Add to the mix that on the 25th of this month Mercury bursts into your sign for a two week stay, and be sure that the closer you get to the end of September the faster both information will arrive and decisions will occur. And of course, it’s also the Libra new Moon on the 27th, opposite Uranus, so quiet it will not be. Time to really re-assess your priorities and take a few small chances…. Chances, not risks. Just because you feel that you’re lucky doesn’t mean that you are, and the short term growth at month end needs to be bridled with Saturnine maturity – pace yourselves.

ScorpioScorpio On the surface, it appears that issues concerning either the workplace or/and your profile and position in the world are at the top of your list of potential concerns. During the first half of the month you’re going to find that there are further bits of information yet to come that are going to change the way that you see things, so perhaps it’s not a bad idea to hold off making big choices or actions at the start of the month. But if there’s going to be any difficulty then you’ll know about it by the 9th or 10th, from when on the pressure and intensity of communications appears to decrease. It is in the latter ten days of the month when you’ll find that it’s time for either action or reaction, the words will have stopped and there will be developments. Don’t mistake this for long term or life changing circumstances – compared to recent years, and what’s coming up next year, mid-late September is a relative doddle. But at the same time don’t be blind to other people’s grievances, and at lest for this month it’s better to be working with people rather then without them, so an element of mild compromise is suggested in most cases ... Bubbling under nicely, there’s a fertile and vibrant undercurrent pushing upwards, and next month will see the start of this being released into the mainstream, but September represents a time of final jockeying for position and checking of systems, so for hopefully the final time this year – no need to rush, take your time.

SagittariusSagittarius Possibly the best sign to be during September, there are no new big challenges, difficulties or obstacles coming up that are going to cause any significant change of course. It’s a fairly safe bet to say that most of you will end up at the end of the month in a similar mode to which you start it. Certain areas, notably that of residence, home, roots, family and safety can occupy more of your day to day attention than is normally the case, but if so then this is transient and will be effectively dealt with by the end of the month. More significantly, you may find that the first half of the month brings with it a minor itch that you can’t scratch, something that irks or niggles you but isn’t quite big enough to make the effort to correct it, and you find yourself putting up with mildly irritating circumstances that you know if you wait them out then they will go away. It may also be that at the day by day level, there are complications arising with your communications with other, specifically at the one to one level. Don’t let a mountain get made out of a molehill. But if any of these difficulties arise, be aware that the effects will be brief and that there’s no need to be too worried. In fact, my biggest concern for you over this month is that of worry, and dreaming things in for yourself that in reality have no substance. It’s a great month for being out there and enjoying yourself, and letting the world look after itself.

CapricornCapricorn The month is effectively split into two, with the period until the 19th being a degree more tense than the time afterwards. You'll sense that around you people seem to be ever so slightly more on edge – or is it just you seeing it that way? With Mars in your opposite sign, there are obvious reasons as to why you may find the company of others at the one to one level more disruptive than usual, but if so remember that this is a transient effect, as though two bits of sandpaper are going up against each other. Don’t let mistakes born of clumsiness and ineptitude be seen as ignorance or enemy action, because there’s not that much going on against you now as there may have been a few months ago. It may be that some of your defences are still higher then they need to be, but as the month evolves to this will decrease to a manageable level and you'll find yourself coming out into community again in a way that is more teamwork orientated. In the background. ~Pluto continues to work in the underworld, purging, eliminating and cleansing or else rebirthing, transforming and regenerating – depending on your willingness to go into your own personal depths. You may find yourself feeling as though you need more time alone, and that you can’t operate to your normal efficiency with all the noise and clutter of day by day life going on around you. So have a clean up – use that Mars energy in a productive and effective way. Time to declutter and let go a little bit.

AquariusAquarius After the last few years of ups and downs regarding relationship patterns, you thought that finally things had gone quiet and that you could move forward again with relative comfort, didn’t you? Well, I’m not going to dash your hopes but the emergence from one set of patterns into another isn’t that clear cut. The period from the start of July this year until October represents a time where you can look once gain at events concerning your one to one interactions and perhaps gain a new perspective, one where you don’t have to be so interactive, where you can more observe not only others but also your own reactions, particularly those of recent years. Do you need to stay the same? It may be that the first ten days of this month bring with them a chance to not only re-assess things of recent yore, but also reconsider in a way that embraces new potentials and creates new ways of seeing around and through old problems, if you’re willing to be flexible enough. In addition to this, you are likely to find that as you get into the latter ten days of the month you will find that words cease to be such a major factor and that actions start to become more the priority. If you are in the driving seat of your life, then the end of September will be a time of decision and action that will make your situation with ‘other’ clear to both you and them in a way that is healthy, compromising and friendly. If however, you find yourself over reacting to others information or actions, then be aware of letting your buttons getting pushed. Your choice.

PiscesPisces The perpetual Piscean longing to be alone yet to be in unity with the whole world comes to the fore more and more this month, and you’re likely to see this through the lens of the way that you communicate with significant ‘other’ at the one to one level. Do you live your life through the eyes of others, do you project yourself into others’ lives, or do you maintain a degree of separateness or barrier between you and other/outside world? Any of these are fine of course, but it’s important now to see and be clear with yourself about exactly how you do relate to the outside world and how this has changed in the last year. To add to the emphasis on your dealings with others and other, this month it is the annual Piscean full Moon, on the 12th September. Whilst this is not especially significant for that many of you, it is bringing a closure to some of the fog and mist of recent years, and any of you who have not finalised your issues from recent years are now in a good position to do so with both clarity and finality – it just involves taking permanent decisions. To be honest, this is not a hugely influential month, and after the drubbing most of you have had over the last two years that’s perhaps something to be welcomed. The big boys are looking elsewhere, there’s no need to be defensive, and you can go about your business without fear of trouble as long as you’re not pushing the pace of change. After what you’ve been through recently, why rush?
