Created with both the correct ratios of iron and nickle, and then super heated and very slowly cooled over millions of years, Widmanstätten patterns (crystallization), are beautiful and unique and cannot be created by man. Meteorites from Muonionalusta, Sweden are approximately 800,000 to 1 million years old, and are estimated to have traveled space for over 4 billion years previous to landing on Earth. Some believe Muonionalusta meteorites may have originated in a planetary core during the formation of our solar system. The Muonionalusta metorites are also one of the oldest find ever discovered on the Earth.

Estimated to have occurred about 14 million years ago, Moldavite is believed to be created by a meteor that impacts with enough velocity that it vaporizes itself and surrounding material. These vapors are ejected back into the upper atmosphere where they solidify and rain back down as solids. Moldavite is only found in the Moldau River Valley in the Czech Republic. Moldavite is often times called the stone of transformation as it tends to bring positive life changes in a very accelerated manor.
