These beautiful hand hammered Himalayan aka Tibetan 7 metal brass singing bowls have beautiful sound quality and lasting tone. Tibetan hand hammered singing bowls are wonderful to aid in meditation, re-balancing yourself, and re-balancing a space.

All Himalayan brass singing bowls are accompanied with a wooden mallet. Mallets for larger bowls are covered with suede on one end to help maintain contact against the side of the bowl, and avoid excessive vibrating. Please note that mallet shape may vary.

Each Tibetan singing bowl vibrates to a note that corresponds with a specific chakra. Any singing bowl can be used to re-balance your entire energy system, but the note will give the singing bowl a stronger effect on one chakra over the others.

To play: hold the singing bowl in the flat palm of one hand. You do not want to touch the sides or you will stop the bowl from singing. With your other hand you can either tap the singing bowl with the mallet, or slide the mallet around the outside edge of the bowl. When you tap the singing bowl, a bell like sound is made. When you rub the outside edge of the singing bowl, a sound like running your finger around the rim of a crystal wine glass is made. Each singing bowl vibrates to a note that corresponds with a specific chakra. Any singing bowl can be used to re-balance your entire energy system, but the note will give the bowl a stronger effect on one chakra over the others.
